Description

Project: No 6 Bevis Marks
Description:

No 6 Bevis Marks is a striking signature building designed by Fletcher Priest providing 160,000 sqft of high performance office space. Organised over 16 floors, it offers tenants an array of in house business and staff services. It boasts private terraces and a roof garden on the upper floors. The building´s sustainable building concept was honored with the award BREEAM Excellent.

Lindner Facades took part in the project as facade contractor. The building is shadowed by the Gherkin building, which Lindner also contributed to in the same function. No 6 Bevis Marks' facade is highly destinctive, which led to numerous specifications in regard of the materials used and their technical application. Among those are clear and opaque glass areas, aluminium panelling and aluminium mesh and, to top it all of, an ETFE roof structure that shields the roof terraces.
