| Description: | The electrical engineering specialist Phoenix Contact increased its capacities at their site Bad Pyrmont through the development of Building 4. A volume of about € 30 million was invested by the company for this purpose, creating 18,000 sqm of usable area for up to 600 workplaces. The building serves as a technology centre for the development of industry-specific electronics solutions while offering space for further growth. Lindner AG took part in the interior fit-out of Building 4 with Floor systems. NORTEC raised floors have been installed throughout all areas of the building. Some areas brought elevated loads and traffic with them, which was met through the execution of NORTEC power. The various area uses in the building, including laboratories and research facilities, office areas and public areas, where fitted with suitable floor coverings, including PVC, carpet and natural stone. |
