| Description: | With the completion of the new construction 'arabeska' in 2015, Munich´s HVB-Tower acquired an unusual new neighbour. Following a construction period of of three years, this multi-purpose building now features flowing shapes, light-flooded liberality and ornamentations of Arabian architecture, which lend the building its name. The facility consists of a main building and an adjoining structure. The ground floor of the main building is composed of a large-scale central atrium surrounded by event and conference areas and a restaurant. The upper floors are designed for housing office spaces. As to the adjoining structure, a training and conference center of a household appliances manufacturer has been established in these premises.
The restaurant Leonardi and its coffee shop are a popular meeting place among the staff and visitors of the arabeska complex. It offers a wide range of freshly made dishes for breakfast and lunch, while also catering to events of all sizes. Leonardi´s strenghts are not only in the culinary sector, the restaurant is fitted with high-quality furnishings and a flexible spatial concept that adapts to individual requirements. The interior of the restaurant features numerous wooden elements, including parquet flooring with FLOOR and more® hollow floors forming the substructure. Wood, being a natural material, underlines the fine appearance of the restaurant and gives it a warm touch. Due to the elevated levels of moisture, the kitchens have been fitted with FLOOR and more® hydro and a waterproof coating.
