Description

Project: Theater an der Elbe
Description:

Neighbouring the theatre of the 'Lion King' in the harbour of Hamburg, a new theatre has been built. It is dedicated to the musical 'The Miracle of Bern', which can be enjoyed by up to 1,850 guests per performance. The new theatre is characterized by the interplay of the colours red and white and a generally elevated level of exclusivity in regard of appearance. Additional features such as a permanent exhibition of contemporary artists, including Salvador Dali, and a great view over the skyline of Hamburg ensure that waiting for a performance to start is still entertaining for the guests.

Lindner was comissioned with the majority of dry construction works in the building, including the picturesque foyer, and several other works such as the balustrade covering in the performance hall.
