| Description: | With brands such as NIVEA and 8x4, Beiersdorf is one of the most renowned companies in the skin care industry: From now on, deodorants will be produced at the new plant in Leipzig-Seehausen. With the Leipzig site, Beiersdorf is relying on ultra-modern buildings that combine technical innovation and the highest environmental standards. As general contractor, the Lindner Group was responsible for a wide range of fit-out work on this project. In addition to the office building, the focus was on the production areas: To transform the plant into a modern and functional centre, the Lindner team carried out floor coatings according to the Federal Water Act as well as dry lining and painting work and assembled high-quality interior glazing, including Planum. For the production and laboratory areas, Lindner installed system partitions, doors, free-standing cubicles and a walk-on ceiling in the Line 100S Type 2 variant – the completely enclosed walk-on level makes installations and the media routing particularly easy to maintain. Steel doors, fire gates and high-speed gates provide access to the various production areas. The production plant is complemented by effective extinguishing water barriers, Loading ramps and truck docking stations, ram protection and clean run mats. Another special highlight is the floor in the high-bay warehouse: Thanks to a Superflat magnesia screed, the floor is particularly even – ideal for the modern high-bay racks. Lindner also took care of the planting in the office areas of the building and the complete kitchen equipment, including refrigeration cells. |
