Hydraulic Components
Lindner offers a multitude of hydraulic components for the perfect connection of heated and chilled ceiling systems. Different connecting and connection hoses, the distribution system of high-grade brass and the MultiQuickConnector that was developed especially for Plafotherm® heated and chilled ceiling systems simplifies the installation in every sense. All hydraulic components are ideally matched to one another and tested with regard to the pressure resistance and oxygen diffusion resistance. The complete multifunctional regulation unit arranges for a clear separation between the heated and chilled ceiling system and the hydraulic network of the building and completes the offer of hydraulic components.

Connecting and connection hoses
Flexible, with stainless steel braided connecting and connection hoses are the most important link of the particular heating and cooling elements. Pressure and oxygen diffusion resistance according to DIN 4726 ensure also in very large nets a lasting operation.
The connecting and connection hoses ensure a safe and easy installation as well as the option to swing-down the particular heating and cooling elements for maintenance and inspection work in the ceiling void. Alternatively, non flammable stainless steel corrugated hoses can be used for buildings with special fire protection requirements.
Plug connector
The detachable quick plug system ensures a quick and secure installation of the hydraulic connection. Low tolerances and the plug connectors adapted for the heating and cooling elements guarantee a pressure resistant, secure and durable connection.
Furthermore, this plug connector impresses with a visible correct fit and a secure interlocking connection. Two sealing levels ensure optimum safety and prevent damage on the tube end. This quick plug system is oxygen diffusion resistant according to DIN 4726 and grants the building material class E according to DIN EN 13501-1.
Distribution system
The brazen distribution system adapts perfectly for Lindner heating and cooling ceilings and consists of a small distribution board with 3 outlets, a Y-distributor with 2 outlets and a screw tube end with a hose connection. On demand, you can expand the distributor up to 7 outlets with the aid of corresponding fittings.
