| Description: | The Serdika Center opened in March 2010 in the inner city of Sofia. It offers 210 international shops, restaurants, supermarkets and 35,000 m² office space. The Lindner Group was responsible for the complete interior fit out of the office areas. The Serdika Center was awarded the DGNB Certificate in Gold. |
