It consists of three independent business units: Stationery (STABILO), Outdoor (Deuter, Ortovox, Maier Sports, Gonso) and Cosmetics (Schwan). Schwan Cosmetics is a leading global manufacturer of cosmetic pencils. One of the sites of this business unit is located in Český Krumlov on the Vltava River in the Czech Republic. This was established in 2004 by the construction of a production and administration building for the development and production of cosmetic pencils. As part of a second construction phase in 2016, work began on expanding production capacities. These are characterized by fractally organized, high-tech fabrication with clean rooms and laboratories with complex ventilation and ventilation systems.
Under the direction of the general contractor Strabag a.s. from Budweis, the partner company of the Lindner Group for the Czech market, Konstruktis Delta s.r.o., was commissioned with the installation of LMD S custom ceilings. In addition, 386 special luminaires were installed in the ceiling area of approx. 3,200 m². The application to a production area resulted in increased hygiene regulations, which had an impact on the construction of the ceilings. In addition, the substructure had to be adapted to the increased volume of ventilation pipes. |
