| Description: | KUKA Roboter GmbH is one of the world´s leading providers of robotics and all technology connected with this field. Major Customers are mostly situated in the automotive business sector, even though recent technical advancement also renders the use of robotics and automisation lucrative in other sectors, a good example being the food industry. KUKA Roboter GmbH is an internationally operating company with a large network of branch offices and partners, guaranteeing immediate and personal customer support in this high-tech field. In order to provide this level of support in the north of Germany, KUKA set up a branch office in Braunschweig. Furthmore, an in-house training facility is used to teach future users of KUKA systems the correct manner of operation. This training facility and the adjacent administration areas were fitted with Lindner hollow floors. One of the main advantages of hollow floors is their ability to discreetly hide technical installations in their hollow space. The training facility - fitted with 24 robots - profited largely from this quality. Apart from their corresponding technical installations, these robots are not an easy burden to carry. For this reason, the especially powerfull system FLOOR and more® power was chosen for this project. |
