| Description: | The Rathausmarkt 5 project is located directly opposite Hamburg City Hall. Built by the architects Richard Jacobssen and Richard Musche at the beginning of the 20th century in a prime location, it is now used by several tenants as an office building and enjoys an exclusive reputation.
Lindner realised the exclusive development of two rental units - from planning and demolition to interior fittings and building services. After the demolition and dismantling units, new peculiarities of the historic building appeared on every floor, which meant that challenges were always being faced. In addition to the latest standards in fire protection and electrical engineering, Lindner carried out sanitary and ventilation/air conditioning work as well as drywall construction, floor covering and tiling work, glass partitions and painting. The built-in furniture and pantries as well as other carpentry work were also included. As the rental units not commissioned are in full operation, the extension work was carried out with increased consideration for the other parties. |
